"Funnier than most serious plays and vastly smarter than most funny plays,  Daniel Beaty's Emergency is inspired."-New York Magazine  "By the end, I was on my feet shouting like someone in church."

Through the Night. Through the Night is "a thing of beauty, wit, grit and piercing lyricism."
